The staff were so friendly and helpful! They even sent me an email before I arrived to see if I needed anything special. And they gave me hot towels, just like I requested. The place was clean and exactly as described. a great experience!

Oh, I just loved how they had restrictions on bringing breakfast to the room or having visitors for breakfast. So convenient.
